Oisin McClenaghan is a partner and heads the Investment Funds team at Ogier in Dublin. Oisin practices financial services law and advises many of the globally leading financial institutions, asset managers and investment banks on the structuring, establishment, marketing and sale of Irish domiciled investment vehicles (including UCITS, AIFs, ICAVs, CCFs, ILPs, unit trusts).
Emma Sutherland
Emma specialises in Cayman Islands investment funds and has broad experience advising on all aspects of hedge and private equity structures. Emma is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team and advises a range of private equity sponsors and investors. She also has extensive experience advising hedge fund managers, major financial institutions, investors and their onshore counsel on the establishment, regulation, corporate governance and ongoing operation and regulatory compliance of Cayman investment funds.
